If you want progress…..YOU NEED CHANGE!

Today’s blog is from one of our Featured Coaches, Liza Vas. Liza, tells us a bit about her journey in health & fitness and the changes you can make to help achieve your goals……

Some people do not like change – period! But it’s really how we evolve as humans. Looking back on my life 5 years ago, I never ever dreamed that I would be the person or be where I am today.

I had dreams back then and even now, doesn’t everyone? But it was that terrifying road to reach them that seemed never ending, it was the same viscous circle again and again with my dreams being strangled by nothing other than self-doubt. I used to hide from things or people that challenged me or whenever I felt uncomfortable because I knew then that I was being pushed outside my very own comfy little bubble but I soon learned that being inside that bubble was getting me nowhere and that’s when each day became clearer, brighter and with each day I had more hope, more positivity and hunger for change.

Start with SMALL changes, and over time those small changes lead to BIG results.  So, what’s stopping you?

Why don’t you start with drinking more water, cutting back on those cigarettes, taking the kids to the park instead of sitting in front of the TV, getting of the bus to or from work a bus stop earlier and walking that little bit extra, swap that chocolate bar for a piece of fruit or sign up to a fitness class, encourage your friends and family to do the same – they will thank you for it but not as much as you will thank yourself.
